Should I get the Headmasters series on DVD?

There's an auction for the entire Transformers Headmasters series on eBay right now (5 copies available), and I want to know if the series was any good. I know that it continues the Transformers series after it ended in the U.S. and that during the series, Optimus dies again and Ultra Magnus is killed by Sixshot.

 

Should I get it?

Ummmm, is it the dreaded english dubbed one? Cause if it is, forget about it

i was going to pick up the head masters, masterforce and victory DVD's but a fully licenced profesional company is remaking them for release soon so id wait

yeah, wait for the metrodome release. its out in september, will be reasonably priced, well produced and have professional subtitles.

it will be region free, but only available for sale in the UK.

Thanks, guys.  They told me the same thing over at Seibertron.  First I've ever heard of Metrodome.  I think I'll wait until it comes out then.

Now will the Headmasters series be region free or region free PAL because I purchased a set like that on ebay and was mislead into assuming it could play on any dvd player but didnt work on any of mine or will this be in fact able to work whenever and wherever?

it will be region free PAL, which means that your tv will have to be PAL compatible.
