Bah what's the point of G1-Esque boxes?

 

I'm throwing them away anyways...

 

I buy 1 of each figure...no MISB...I even open up exclusives...

I picked up Vector Prime, Hot Shot, and Ransack last weekend in London Ontario Canada. 

 

Im headed out today to find Optimus Prime.  Apparently they sold out quickly when they came out and I missed them.  Hopefully today wont be the same situation.

I'll see about some pics for the other three this afternoon. Jetfire is already one of my favorites. BTW, his landing gear features 10 wheels! :eek

Just picked up Optimus Prime and Starscream.

 

I paid more for Starscream, but I got way more from Optimus.

Optimus is the coolest Cybertron figure I've seen so far.

I had flashbacks of when I got RID Optimus, which is a very good thing.  Now hopefully we will see an Ultra Magnus figure released for Cybertron to make another Omega Prime.

 

By the way, does the skill level on the back of the box measure the skill it takes to transform the figure or does it represent how much it cost?  Who does Hasbro think they are fooling?

The skill level may represent the frustration that you will experience when trying to get all the tie wraps and such off your new figure when opening. Atleast, that's what I've experienced so far. :P

:tdown But it's a shame the boxes aren't more G1 Styled.

G1, G1, G1, everything must be like G1!!!  The packaging should be like G1!!  GIVE US GEE-WUN!!!! 

 

boo-frickin-hoo  Get over it.  The reissues are GEE-WUN style and Alternators are GEE-WUN style as well.  Adding another GEE-WUN style to the shelf would be stupid, don't you think?

 

Thank Primus this packaging is different and looks good.  It's something dramatically different than what has long been considered to be the 'traditional style' packaging since BW.

Jeez, calm down EM I  was just bluffing :roll Cybertron's packaging style is  a very refereshing depart from the traditional Tf packaging.  If I ever want G1 packaging I'll get Rewissues or go to evilbay, besides i wont keep the boxes. 

 

I just cant wait to get my new Cybertron toys.
