I have a better idea

make two supreme sized toys that combine and become Fort Max

Have it be like how the Energon Ultra figures combine

The top half will become a spaceship and a base and come with a head master pilot

The bottom half will become the legs and transform into a land vehicle and a base and come with a Minicon pilot...or somthing

I'm sire that a repainted Minicon like leader 1 could pass for an upgraded drone that came with the original fort max....

Having both parts transform into a base mode so that both bases can be attached to form a bigger base. From that you can also have a giant 30" tall robot mode...

All the recent Supremes have been roughly 15 inces tall, Unicron, Omega Supreme, and Omega Sentinel are very big standalone toys...now take two of those and stack them ontop of each other.

Not all transformers need a standalone robot mode. Alpha Quintesson didn't really even transform, so just having a vehicle turn into a base and then combining with another large vheicle can turn into a base and then combined turn into a giant robot, wouldn't be that far of a stretch...especialy if it comes with  smaller robots who can transform..

see that using your head :thumb  But if it has to be screwed together i'd assume it would be then considered as one toy. Because if not any piece of any toy can be considered its own toy, combining together. :tflaugh

Why need screws?

They could jsut make an updated FM figure...

I have Brave Maximus and he can't really be split into two at the waist, the elevator in the chest area is one solid piece.

I'm pitching an idea for people tobe able to get the original mold not a new mold.

I know that his chest and waist cant seperate, I have a FM, but you could take it apart as follows....

1. right arm w/ grey sholder piece

2. left arm w/ green sholder piece

3. left leg

4. right leg

5. chest and waist area

6. cerebros and spike

I would buy a new mold if they made one, depending....

i like the combining idea

How about they just sell if as a mail order collectors item with a nice and impressive add in the comic... that way the can market it for a SLIGHLY older/richer audiance without having to take up a cubic yard of shelf space for each box

couldn't they sell fort max as a model kit like gundams? that way it'll cost less because nobody assembles it and since i'm pretty sure they don't do the drop test on model planes, tanks, or robots, couldn't hasbro do that?

Check the story behind the creation of F-Max and you will know why is IMPOSSIBLE for Hasbro  to release it even if they wanted to.
