Was it just mine or did/do other people have this problem?

 

Straight out of the box, the head was on backwards and the arm shield were on the wrong arms.

 

I had to unscrew to head to reposition correctly, I was too afraid of trying to turn it facing foward and twisting the peg off at the same time.  Then for the arm shields, it wasn't until I got the small Armada Prime that I realized they were on wrong.  I ended up popping out the pins in the elbows and switching them to the correct arms.

 

All is good now but I never have seen a TF this bad before out of the box.

Yeah, the arm thing is a common problem, but mine had it's left knee in the wrong way, so was a E.Stormjetting on me.

Mine were on backwards too.  It's very irritating because I can't get the pins out.  I tried the little screwdriver trick and no dice.  I'm afraid to push to hard for fear of breaking the arms completely.

 

The head on my Ultra Magnus is tilted sligthly to the left and so tight on the joint that it is barely movable.  Sad, it's like an UNbendy UM cast from the Bendy Prime mold. :)
