Oh and god ginrai in Forbidden planet is now down to the low price of £109

That is just mad. If I thought they'd sell for that on EBay, I'd make a fortune!

Well Forbidden Planet in Dublin has a couple of the G1 reissues for insane money and there Energon range is €10 to €30 dearer than the local toy shops!

Just wish I could get the 20th Anniversary Prime over here :(

Yup 125 euros for the Optimus reisssue is a joke. :roll there's no apparent structure to the pricing other than 'hey it looks cool, lets charge more'

Must be the only reason Megazarak costs more than Shockwave.

First time round they had Masterpiece Convoy, they forgot to jack up the price, and I got him for less than it would have cost me to buy it and import it.

When I saw Dead End in the display case, I couldn't find any on the shelf, asked a staff member if any were left, and he just said 'no all sold'

Went in next day and found dead end on the shelf.

Well in the Dublin branch they had Deadend for €72 and he was out of the box! Not only would I not pay that much for a $25-30 TF but I sure and hell wouldnt pay 72 quid for one thats been opened.

well they dont have any high street rivals so they can charge what they want of corse most of us use ebay or other non-ripoff ways

on a side not i just got my BT dead end for £35

Well in the Dublin branch they had Deadend for €72 and he was out of the box! Not only would I not pay that much for a $25-30 TF but I sure and hell wouldnt pay 72 quid for one thats been opened.

A Chinese guy bought it last Thursday, his Girlfriend looked on in confussion.....

in cases like this FP thrive on ignorance or lazyness, the guy who bought the opened one proably didn't know where to get annother one, and I was too lazy to order one on the Internet.

went to TRU only to find it had be raviged stuff wall all over the place clearly to me the work of skalpers as they left all the old stuff plus 2 doom locks so logic says what was taken was also new e.g. starscream prowl and roddie

plus they had out RiD prime which is a little odd

If anyone finds TF's in the UK, that would be good, I went on a TF hunt last week and all I found were Strongarm, some E-Sabers, Hotshot, Inferno, Supercon Prime and Blurr, Laserbeak, Treadbolt and Rapid Run. One day the shops will have new stock, one day, in a blue moon. Look! Pigs flying!

Warewullf, did Makro have many in stock? I might just make a run up there myself, just gotta find someone with a card :redface

They had about 2 of each figure (Magnus, Starscream, Prowl, Rodimus and Snowcat). I only saw one Treadbolt but you can get him anywhere.

I didn't think they had any because they were not with the main "boy's toys", they were on the other side of the aisle. Have a good look around and let me know if you find any of the larger figures, yeah?

Oh, price for smaller figs was £7.49 +VAT so it works out about the same as what Smyths are charging. (Of course, they don't have the new stuff!)

w00t seen prowl, starscream, roddie and snow cat today i got starscream and roddie they both kick ass

where?????
