Okay... Two admissions.

 

I'm not the artist and this isn't Transformers.

 

This was drawn by a really cool guy named Damion based on a one page humor script I wrote.

 

And Pat Lee did an issue of SUPERMAN/BATMAN.

 

So there's a light connection.

 

Truth is, this is the first and only place I thought of for really talented colorists.

 

Here's the deal:

 

I'm going to be sending this around with my writing submissions. Whoever does the best job coloring this along with Damion and myself will be credited on the final, lettered version of this which will in turn go to any and every editor I submit to until I get published.

 

So, basically, whoever colors this one page the best will get circulated around as much of the entire comics industry as I can reach in the next 1-2 years. In the past, I've managed to get invitations to submit to DC, Marvel, Mirage, CrossGen and a whole host of publishers.

 

I want to make the rounds again.

 

Whoever does the best job with this page will have their name and work making the rounds with me.

 

Which should add up to a lot of nice exposure for just one page of coloring. Feel free to post any questions.

 

Oh... And while I probably won't be hitting any cons until AT LEAST Chicago this year, I'm hoping to hit San Diego again next year and I WILL try my best to get the finished version of this in IDW's hands with the note that the colorist is a Transfan.
