i think ra88 was telling me he should be more sinister...and mx 01 archon at 2005 told me he should be looking more swordsman like...so here's what i ended up with after revamping that first sketch.

interesting stuff... My only thing is, I'm used to on me toy, screamer's fist being exposed... not enclosed like dat.. but that's just me. now... WHERE'S THE OTHER HALF of that SWORD??? just kidding, will. the tiny subltleties in terms of his "battle damage" are nice, but after colors hit this bad boy, I think it's gonna be even more apparent. as we all know, b&w is awesome, but once color hits it, it brings that whole new dimension to it

Yup, that's what I was talking about. But the Minicon ports seem to be way too small, and the missile tubes are out of proportion when you compare them.

 

And this is just in case you decide to color it: Try to give him black edges around his optics, so that he will look more sinister and more ghost-like.
