I'd have to go with Scooter. He was effing annoying.

 

T-Bob and Scott were a good pair, and weren't always falling into the villains' trap. They weren't bait.

 

R2 and Threepio can't count because they're a great comedy duo.

I went with Scooter too, not only was the character lamer than Wheelie, but the toy was just horrible.

Oh come on! HERBIE helped save the world... um... a time.

I forgot to mention the "Street action" minicon team (Perceptor and chums). Drat!

Johnny-5 is awesome! I'm also a Bumblebee fan...and R2...and 3PO...Man, I must be lame...
