Open the bottom (cardboard area) of the box and cut a big ol' square hole out from under the area where the Alt sits.

the problem is i dont want to damage the box at all. i thinks the only way hes commin out is if a cut the bubble at the base and slide him out

That's usually what I do too. I know, it sucks. I wish they had kept the old style box...I don't care if they had changed the color to white. :tfsad
