GRIMLOCK would so own DINOBOT without question.  He's crafiter and stronger and you have to take his aggression into the equasion.  DINOBOT would be in a word...done.

Let's see huge metal T-Rex, or a tiny raptor....  Grimlock would win just by stepping on Dinobot. Crunch!

Are you serious? Weopons that would have no effect what so ever on Bumblebee, let alone a Dinobot. If this was BW's Grimlock Vs BW's Dinobot maybe this would be a fair fight. After reading DW comics and owning Alternators Grimlock, I'll never look at Grimlock as the G1 cartoon clumsy dumbass he used to be. G1 Grimlock would dishonor Dinobot by not even excepting his challenge.

....but don't let them fool ya Weewee.  Size matters and Grimlock would rub Dinobot out.  Although Dinobot did go down in a blaze of glory and deserves all kudos....he's still no larger than an average sized T-Rex Turd.

I cant help but think of the end of the movie Jurassic Park. 2 Dinobots wouldnt stand much of a chance against Grimlock. I mean its like a house cat trying to fight an elephant.

For this fight to be possible, Grimlock would have to be Beast Wars Grimlock, making him the same size as Dinobot and since the main reason posted why Grimlock would win is that he is bigger, I think Dinobot would win.
