I think thats a stylized thing too

Bigg fee and arms etc... with smaller heads make things look powerfull

its one of those pshychological tooning tricks

like giving big fee hands and heads to a character to make them look young

or big noses and ears to make them look old

yeah that's true.... the old TFs definitely had a "forced perspective" look to them, at least the animation/comic models did. I think using the hood as the chest of the bot is one of those things that makes sense to us b/c it's the front of the car and also the place where the "vital organs" are...

And I think I see the sticks & pillows thing more with Meister / Shockwave because they have these little stick legs and then BAM it's foot time.

I have tracks and again  I only like him in a completest kind of way

he *does* have a great look in robot mode, particularly the head. Nice contrast and a great color scheme. And his alt mode is smooth too IMO. (It's nice to have a bona fide sports car in the Alternators line.)

I never really understood the Viper hate either.  As far as posability goes, the Corvette mold is probably the worst - no ankles, kness are just as crappy as the Vipers, plus there is too much kibble hanging off that's in the way.

um as far as Power Rangers go (in the US) they're Hasbro, Hasbro brings alot of Japanese toy shows to television here and distribute their toys.  If Hasbro/Takara thinks that if one line sells well, why not nod a different line to it and hopes is success "rubs" off.

Um, Power Rangers is BanDai BTW :redface

oh my Bad (it was late when I started this thread) same theory applies though.  Why not mooch profit where profit is available.  I mean its not like Hasbro hasnt made PR like stuff already (aka E Prime).
