With the Galaxy Force toys now for a good deal revealed, I noticed how each planet is similar to a TF-series.

 

Earth = RiD Universe (more realistic vehicles)

Speedia = Armada-verse (Red alert, style is kind of blocky, and very reminiscent of Armada/Energon)

Animatros = Beast Wars/Beast Machines (Saidos = Rhinox, Terra-shaver = Terrorsaur, and so on)

Cybertron = New GF Universe (New universe)

Secret Planet = G1 Universe? (Soundwave, Rumble, e.a.)

 

This series' Cybertron would be new, and linking all the series together, like a sort of Dimensional travel. Instead of traveling through space, they also treavel through dimensions, like Prime and Jetfire in the Dreamwave "Worlds Collide" story-arch.

 

I know, in GF it's all different, but we know already that the US-series will take the series to a whole new direction. Cybertron Vector Prime's story already hints to this direction.

 

I myself think it's certinaly an interesting direction, plus it would link up all the series together in a more then interesting way.

its certanly an enteresting theory but i dont see it happening for the show. Hasbro would have to really try hard with the dubbed version, and i just dont see them doing it

Well, from the information Hasbro has given out a while ago, it became clear that hasbro indeed plans to fit Cybertron into an existing continuity. Add to that that each planet/universe has a Convoy, and it becomes evermore clear, that my theory might not be so farfetched after all.

Plans were to fit Cybertron into the Armada/Energon continuity, which is still possible as it fits with the various planets made by Alpha Q near the end of the series.  But at this point, it is still possible they might simply leave it on its own.

 

Hasbro is not likely to ever try and go back to G1, Beast Era, or RID in any part of the mainline aside from homages.

There's BOTH!!

 

Noisemaze and Soundwave are both GX designates, meaning they are a third faction, hence there must be somewhere (or something) that represents that.

 

There will be:

Earth

Speedia

Cybertron

Animatros

Giant/Cog Planet

Planet X

 

Hasbro looks to be keeping it down to Earth, Speedia, Animatros and Cog/Giant for their marketing materials.

My thought on that mystery planet will be....*dramaic pause*  a brand spanking new unicron.

My reason, wasnt the packageing for the japanise armada unicron designation MX-00???? 

i dont know if they would make another unicron or not the last one is still on shelves around (in armada packageing)
