This has probably already been mentioned, but the episode "The God Gambit" has some rather strange implications. So there's a race of blue-skinned humanoids living on one of Saturn's moons? And how come they were never seen again, anyway? :wtf

Same reason the U.S. in the cartoon didn't just nuke Decepticon HQ when they saw what the Decepticons were all about. I mean, come on. It's in the middle of the ocean, they've invaded U.S. airspace repeatedly, and we were allied with the autobots. In any reasonable universe, Laserbeak would return one day, and Megatron would notice too late that his beak was tied shut and there was a warhead strapped under his chasis.... BOOM

When Hound goes beneath Sherman Dam, he has a faceplate underwater. Robots don't breathe...

 

Oh, and the scene where Spike is draped over a rock and Hound is pushing on him from behind, trying to get the good air in or something...that just looked wrong.

Doesn't Chip stand at one point to catch a grenade or something?

Wow, I'm shocked only like two people touched the matter of season 4 ((a.k.a Rebirth)).

 

The combiners not combing, Sixshot only used once, The autobot twin ((Roger-doger, argh I hate them soo!!)), why didn't they attack galvatron with defensor, Punch was a complete WTF character ((My autobot brother)), the cybertron going gold after that sun event crap, Prowl and bumblebee appears, and etc......

Yeah, now that you reminded me, that always bugged me. Like either one is too busy to notice the machine sitting across from them is obviously the alt mode of their nemesis.

Child's Play. Near the end, where there are, among other things, a floating cat head and Autobots walking over top of a shuttle without any apparent doors opening, and somehow getting inside just fine.
