Published by whom?

You go to Amazon, and they have PREORDERS for Transformers: War Within Volume 3, Transformers Generation One Volume 3 (Paperback), Transformers Generation One Volume 0: "Micromasters And More", Transformers Armada: More Than Meets The Eye Official Guidebook (Paperback), Transformers G1 Volume 4: (Paperback), and I am sure of a bunch more unreleased TPB from the Dreamwave days.

Just because there is an preorder page (all with a ISBN number), does not mean that they will ever be released. These listings all are from before Dreamwave closed its doors. I would be less skeptical if someone can provide proof that is not tied to a company's plan that no longer exists.

Here is a thought. IF Lee did somehow manage to retain the rights for the unreleased material (which I doubt) that could be a sticking point wih Hasbro about the new licensee. We have all heard the rumors that it was a done deal with Devils Due but then they bocked at somethings in the contract. I wonder if the issue of unreleased material (who owns what) might be one of the things holding up new comics.

Notice the similarity in ISBN number. Personally this item was added to my Amazon wish list on November 19, 2004. This is not new and I really doubt it will ever see the light of day. Personally I hope I am wrong on this ...
