I think just a bit more red in a few choice places here and there would make it a just a bit cooler.

not really giving the Galvatron vibe to me... while its a sweet, it just not I see as Galvatron in Cybertron, allthough the Scourge vibe is shown greatly

Looks like you were going for a G1 sort of a thing, but I think it needs more going on than mostly two colors of gray with a few red details.

maybe some people are tired of the megs--->galvatron scheme that has been done for 3 series in a row now

I think a lot of people are wanting something other than a purpleish Galvatron repaint.  A G1 Megatron homage might be nice, since we've never had that much, actually.  It's going to have to be done interestingly, though.
