Personally it's a tie between Soundwave, Megatron, and Predaking to me.

It's not completely random. They're the ones that just tend to be mentioned or brought up the most. Reflector and the like don't show up because they're either one-shots or not that great of characters.

Soundwave followed by Ravage (comic) and Swindle.
