Space is a little tight right now. I have much more room with things in robot mode. I think it'll manage until I transform everything back in two months or so.

I prefer to make my displays out of trash and stuff I found. Gives me more $$ to spend on figures. I even get to use crazy stuff like doors, kitty litter, and fiberglass insulation to display stuff on!

First off, I display my Energon figures on an 8x3 banquet table. This table is my sister's old beer pong table, which she left outside for about 5 months. It rained and snowed a bit during those five months, and the table isn't very pretty to look at any more, and not really sanitary enough for beer pong anymore. So she said I could have it if I pull it out of the yard. The little white shelves were in the attic when we bought the house, so I put them to use. In this pic you can see the weather's effect on the table, and if you look close, you can see the tape triangle from the table's old life as a beer pong table:

I display my Unicron and WSTs on this little round table. I found this table one day when I was driving my work van around on garbage day looking for furniture people threw out:

This display is made out of scrap and bits of trash I found in the basement. The base of it is a wooden door resting on two milk crates stacked together on each side. Yes, it really is a door. On top of the door you can see some shelf boards I found in the basement resting on old cat food and cat litter tubs.

I found this table in an old loft behind the family business. The local Optimist club used to roast and package peanuts for their fundraisers up there. This table was one of the ones they used, and it still smells like peanuts. The surface of this table is 4x1 boards with four inches of space between them. So I found this nice piece of fiberglass insulation to put on top of it, and gives a nice reflective surface.

At the same time I found the smelly peanut table, I also found a rather attractive antique wooden hall table. My mother REALLY wanted that table for herself, so I made a deal with her to trade it for a nice new $20 table from Odd Lots. This is the only new piece of furniture I display things on.

Stuff might look better on nice shelves, but I wouldn't have all these cool stories to tell, and I always prefer spending money on new figures than shelves.

u have the only collection i've seen in all alt modes! interesting!

Creative, that's for sure. Makes your figures stand out. :tftongue

not sanitary enough for beer pong? didn't know that was possible, lol. i works well though.

i like the way you think

Nice collection with the EHobby exclusives,  even better with the stories!

I like that they are in alt. mode, I like to put them like that most of the time, you have a huge collection compared to mine.
