I need a little help

Recommended Posts

A few years ago I got a Triggerhappy off ebay and now I'm finally trying to do a little restoration work on it. My problem is that the arm cannons are super loose and won't stay folded up in robot mode.

Now to fix this problem I have to remove the pin in the hinge, but I don't want to damage it. So what's the best way to remove these things without messing it up? Or maybe someone here can clue me in to a way on tightening this up without removing the pins if that's even possible. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks!

C'mon there has to be SOMEBODY here who has successfully removed a pin from a Transformer who can give me some tips!!!

I believe it was Dark Lord Prime that happened upon whilst toying with his soldering gun that heating the ends of the pins a little will make them slip right out. Don't heat it too much, or you'll deform the plastic.
