We have no plan at this point to continue anything that was started by 3H.

That's completely not a surprise. The Universe story had little to it, Beast Machines is a half-generation removed from the 'current' lines, and the legalities are a fricken' nightmare to deal with, I'm sure.

Universe toys are still in stores, they need fiction to sell 'em!

I'll never see that Defensor in my hands....I had zero want of Mega Zarak...but Defensor...now someone has the prototype....and THAT shall be the rarest figure ever!

Screw Defensor - that Beast Megatron ruled.

He even had a rubber ducky :tfsad

But I don't see any reason to continue 3H other work.

Universe was a half sequel to Beast Machines to support a repaint line that is quickly dissappearing (of some 7 stores around here, only 2 still have it and they are loaded with the deluxe assortments that shipped in late 2003!)

And wreckers became a side story to Universe.

I'd rather they support the current line or do something different.

the current line....as in the armada --> energon--> cybertron? dude no offence but that story line is ok at best and the dialog in the show sux. I won't even bring myself to read the commics. starting from scratch and blowing off fans of 15 year plus loyalty was retared,......it didn't work with R.I.D. and well its not working now. if it was working now energon wouldn't be on a 6 am,......no would it. wreckers and universe at least tried to salvage the old story line in bring some continuity to the story. rather than the current B.S. which is failing as a story,.....they should re write g1 starting with war within and make it a show. the toyline itself does not need a show to sell product, if it did all of the lines would have died off by now.

WTF Toylines Definatly need a Show to sell!

*wanted PVC Skywarp*
