A whole line of TFs based on classic cars would be great.

Cool thought... Retro-Transformers.... I'd buy into that.

I believe its soundgear who is planning on doing some customs using 1920's and 30's vehicles. I cant wait too see that

It's strange, because although I was very very young when G1/G2 was on, and I hardly remembered any of it till i got the DVD's, I always remembered Bumblebee. He was always my favorite. Prime, Bumblebee, Megatron and Starscream were the only characters I could readily remember until I started really getting back into TF relatively recently...

So I would LOVE to see a new Bumblebee toy. I don't have the old one, and I think it would be awesome to have an alternator or anything. Energon has enough G1 throwback figures that they could have a Bumblebee. Why not??

I'd be all about an energon bumblebee :thumb

:wtf Now showing: Evil Bumblebee!

http://www.theonion.com/4005/news1.html

that thing about the angered powered cars is ridiculous :tfpuke

It IS a joke, right?

Yeah its from the Onion online Spoof paper.

I had no idea when I posted that today they would list Dodge doing the SRT4 and the Ram. Huh, who would have thunk it.

Well I think the SRT-4 is a decent choice for Bumblebee, but I think the mini is the best alternative over the VW.

So far we have confirmed

Smokescreen Alt Subaru WRX rally

Sideswipe Alt Dodge Viper

Silverstreak Alt Subaru WRX

Hound Alt Jeep Wrangler

Tracks Atl Chevrolet Corvette

I think the neon would fit in rather well, as for the Dodge ram, I just cant see it being released on the same size scale as the rest of the vehicles.

As for the classic vehicles how about Kup as an Elcamino.

Oh and Takara/Hasbro do a Dodge Magnum Alternator, call him Magnum Prime. Nothing like seeing Prime as a big red wagon.

I could even see starscream as a camaro, as long as the transformation allowed for wings in his robot mode.

I would really like to see Ironhide as a dodge ram.

obviously bumblebee would look the best as a beetle, but if we cant get that, i would love to see him as a mini

:wtf A lot of Bumblebee discussions were covered in General Discussion. It's on like page three or four by now.
