There is a TF TCG coming out:

Oh, and would anyone mind making GF/Cybertron cards as Pokemon/Yu-Gi-Oh cards? That would be spiffy.

Please don't say things like that. Ppl don't go around saying bad things about Magic. Pokemon and Yu-Gi-Oh is as good of a game as Magic is.

Besides, don't we all have a kiddie side playing wif little robots and all? :tflaugh

Just kidding, man... didn't mean to offend. :thumb

It was just a vessel for the Wheelie joke, nothing more...

I haven't messed with any of the trading card games since I played Magic in high school... not for lack of desire, as I thoroughly enjoyed Magic, I just don't have the time, money, or ready supply of opponents I had for TTG's back in high school. :tflaugh

So, I don't have any opinions, good or bad, towards any of the new games... Pokemon, Yu-Gi-Oh!, and the like.

I have seen the cartoons though, and those are pretty lame, IMO. Not that the recent TF shows have been any better. (Actually, I vote for worse.)

Here's hoping for a revolution with Cybertron, but I'm not holding my breath. :redface

Oh, and to keep this on topic, nice work on the cards, Spencer! Made me wish I still had some of my cards from back in the day. :thumb

I knew Hasbro owned wizkids, and I was hoping to see a TF board game like MechWarrior Dark Age, then move towards Age of Destruction.

As a new booster comes out, you get different molds of certain figures while introducing newer ones.

As rules go, you couldn't have more than one of the same character on the field of play.

Of course there would have to be Uniques and LE's

AND NO STUPID CARDS.

That would be cool.

I used to play Magic, but with all of my disposable money going to my TFs, I had to let them go.

I don't agree that Prime should be 1/1, since he's the freakin' leader of the Autobots. I would make him at least 5/5 and raise his casting cost. 1/1 and 2/2 creatures should be left for the basic and deluxe figures.

Also, it'd be cooler that every Transformer gains different abilities when in alternate mode. Like for example you can give Starscream flight if you pay a "Transform" cost or first strike for Hot Shot.

Actually, Hasbro owns Wizards of the Coast too, believe it or not. That is one of the reasons for the new Star Wars boosters game. They also did a GIJoe TCC that did not do so well in this area.

The cool thing about these are they are based off real magic cards so the deck works in any Magic envirment. If you know magic at all, one of the keys is based off Bonespliter, stasis lock is off pacificism, Guardshell off leonin den-guard, and Convoy is based off Aurok Steelshaper. All the effects are magic based so it can be played against other magic decks. It is always interesting when I whip out this deck with a bunch of other magic players. They think it is quite cool. Of course I have the real magic card under the printed one so it is not like I have made anything up.

And for work I made this. It is fun. You can't see the detail but you can see which card it is.

Spencer.

Sweet! :thumb

I used to play Magic as well until someone stole my binder of tradeable cards back in college. :tfmad

BTW, pardon my lazy hiney but where'd you get that program?

Cabal City is where I got the program from. Not a large site but has some cool stuff on it. That is where the G1 cards originated from as well.

Actually, we have designed the game as a moderately complex strategy game and included "Quick Combat" rules for the younger players.

Our goal is to create a game for all TransFormers fans... not just the kiddies.
