The guy running the site is up to no good. I won one of his auctions and didnt get the item for 3 weeks. Then I get an email saying the post offce crushed it and I would get my money back. He refused to provide proof of it being sent and refunded my money. Now I go to bid on another of his auctions and I am blocked from bidding. WTF is up with that? Not only that, Wheeljack got blocked from buying off ebay by those asshats because they gave him sh*tty service and he complained about it. I've seen it too many times before. Holy ---- I thought i Was the only one who got jammed by this guy. I had bought an energon figure from him three weeks ago. I let two weeks go by and asked him where it was as I saw he had sent another one recently to another buyer. He told me it was sent. He claims he contacted my post office and was filing mail fraud charges becasue I never got it. Basically blaming the post office. Well i contacted them myself and they said they didn't know what I was talking about. He did refund my money. But I tell now that I see this clown is doing it to other people it makes sense to me. I was patient and tried to work around it with him. He said that if I got could I send it back to him. Well it's been a month almost and i never saw a thing from him. Is something fishy? I most certainly would say so. As far as that other guy went that defended him I'd say he either works for them or is Midwest Toys! You feelin me G? So I too say :tdown with Midwest. Oh and I never got any proof either.

 

As for Kenscollection I have bought many items from him and ususally get them in 10 days max. He is a good guy to deal with.

Depends on the item and the situation surely.

 

If said item was something rare and the buyer has gone to the effort of participating in said auction they have entered what is a legally binding contract between the buyer and the seller.  If the seller then changed his mind and then thinks he can get more for said item (and could get an offer from outside of ebay) they could make up some BS to get out of the sale. 

 

The story sounds fishy to me in the extreme, surely the post office would contact the recipriant to advise them that their parcel had been destroyed? As once it has entered the post office service it is no longer the postee's property, it is the US governments untill it reaches the receiver.

 

Why would he refuse to send proof of purchase?  This isnt a hardship and retains good will, only reason I can see is if it wasnt posted.  And if a buyer has the good graces to give them the benefit of the doubt and purchase from them again why on earth block them?  The only thing Wheel-Jack has done is pay for his item!!

 

Technically the seller has broken the terms of agreement that they sign up to when they sell on ebay as is unwilling/able to offer proof to the contrary.

I have bought and sold 100s of items on eBay. There has NEVER been an item crushed to the point that the Post Office sent it back to the originator.

Why was I blocked from bidding then? Even after I left the jerk a positive feedback. There is no question he/you lied about the whole thing. The vindictive responses don't speak well of a seller who is "an honest ebayer." It didnt help that he/you took 3 weeks to tell me.

I don't care if I get my money back or not there is no need to be a complete idiot and tool to your buyers.I never got any proof and like I said when I inquired about the package at the post office they told me they never had anything from his address or anything in the back for me. Reason I contacted them after he did is becasue he claims he called them and they said they delivered it to me. He was full of it.
