Just normal & King form. Blade Jack form will come in a set with Leangle. Garren & Chalice will come as a pair also. No announcement of Garren Jack form or Chalice King form but I suspect they will be paired up also...
hay on that SIC kamen rider blade has he got all the parts to make all 3 forms or just regluar and king?

actually it's referred to as Wild form. just called it king because i couldn't remember & he needs it to change into the form...
