Who can give me a more detailed guide than the manual?

I just cannot figure out how to transform according to the maps.

Grimlock is extremely complicated to transform - exactly WHERE are you having difficulties?

Now I cannot put the arms back.

wow, I got mine this past weeken, and ignored the instructions, and have no problem with it, transforming it either way, and pretty fast too so far.

oops i was wrong but i know that in the news and romurs their was a topic on a translated booklet

I bypassed the instructions as they are useless but I had and have issues still. The first time I transformed him I popped his forearms off their socket like three times. Then There's the doors. Even with the insturctions I cant figure a good way too swing them out of the way when transforming him. It took me like 10 mins to fully transform him to robot mode. I can probably transform Smokescreen and Silverstreak in the time it takes me to transform Grimlock. The good thing is I'm extremely satisfied with both the robot and car mode once I'm done. This car mode has the best interior yet to me.

I like the car's interior as well - save for the red seats/feet. They are a bit goofy looking to me....I think they'd be better as black, but oh well.
