The REAL Generation Zero

Need some help identifying these toys... all are Takara, ©1999 as listed on the box. MISB, boxes in average condition. I need to know if they are original or reissue, and an approximate value... can anyone help? Thanks...

First one: Cybertron C-37, Beast Wars, Dolphin Alt mode:

And finally... Cybertron C-46 Beast Wars Metals, Depth Charge... at least that is what the repaint in Universe is called, and it has "DEPTHCHARGE" printed on his back in english. Need Japanese name, if different, and original/reissue status, as well as value.
