Worst G1 season 3 episodes

The title is pretty much self explanatory. Just give us your picks and the reasons why.

My pick so far is Carnage in C-Minor. Here's the list of reasons I came up with:

- Transformers changing size throught the episode.

- Logic goes out the window.

- Magnus can't understand english.

- Robots appear on the planet out of nowhere and dissapear after the scene.

- Soundwave can record the magical sound but Blaster can't.

- Alegra heals up by herself.

- The decepticons leave the asteroid but didn't leave the asteroid.

- Just who was fighting all those magically appearing autobots after Galvatron and Soundwave left and Devastator was defeated?

- Was Rodimus on vacation?

- Logic goes out the window.

- The episode sucks without needing wheelie and blur to do it.

runner-up is nightmare planet, I mean, just how did the Quintessons get into Daniel's room in the first place?

Carnage in C-minor hands down. It sucks so bad it hurts. for all the reasons you stated and a thousand more.

I DON'T REMEMBER THE NAME BUT IT WAS THE EPISODE WHEN CYCLONUS TOOK GALVATRON TO A PLANET TO CURE HIS INSANITY, IT WAS A SUCKY EPISODE BUT A HILLARIOUS ONE.

THAT ONE WAS CALLED WEBWORLD, AND BY THE WAY YOUR CAPS WERE ON.

Carnage in C-Minor inspired pain and death wherever it goes. Just the fact that the people on that planet were singing...singing, dammit!..all of their lines in the worst voices imaginable are enough to make me want to hurt someone.

And Akom really outdid themselves animation-wise as well. It was absolutely horrific to watch.

But you know, I've often thought that the choice of animation company greatly impacts the perceived coolness of a particular episode. Remember "The Autobot Run," "The Core," and "City of Steel" from Season 2? They were all done by Akom as well, and I HATED them. HATED. Because the storyboarding and animation were so unimaginative and crudely executed, it made the whole episode feel that way. Now I know that there have been some real clunkers script-wise in TF history, but for some reason the episodes don't seem as bad as those ones because they were drawn better. If that all makes sense.

Point is: "Carnage in C-Minor" was one of those rare instances where a sucky script and sucky animation converged. The end result was far suckier than the sum of its parts IMO.

I still scratch my head over the whole Akom thing. Coming off of the best animation EVER in TF history, Hasbro follows it up with the worst preschool-looking crap ever seen? There was already going to be a dropoff, but dang.

I haven't seen Chaos, Forever is a long time coming, The dweller in the depths, Face of the Nijika and Nightmare planet

my worst S3 episodes so far are Only human, The big broadcast of 2006, Surprise party & Thief in the night

I don't especially hate Carnage in C-minor !

Carnage on C-Minor is probably the most unskilled and most badly-written episode.

I also don't like Surprise Party at all...I mean come on Ultra Magnus' B-Day???!!! WTF???

You forgot the appearances by dead Autobots. Namely Huffer and Brawn. Not only that, but they were helping the Decepticons no less.
