Energon Scorponok's Warranty

Recommended Posts

he broke, I recently realized that a few days ago while transformin him. The section where you gotta bring down the shoulders is not very durable. Now I was thinking about getting some crazy glue to fix the horrendous crack but I got a better idea:

swap it with another scorponok!!!

this is the smarter approach :clap

The only problem is the return policy on toys. There are all sorts of factors you have to take into account, like how many days between purchase and return, if you have the original reciept, and if you do exchange it, are you doing it for the same thing, or for a different item, and then you'll have to calculate the cost of doing all of this.

Well, if he simply buys a "new" Scorponok from say... Walmart, he could take the shiny new one out and put his broken one back in the box and return it. Yup, it would work. Walmart takes back broken items and since you "just bought Scorponok", you would be well within the limit of days after purchase.

Yeah right, man...all stores have an item for item exchange policy as long as you have the box....I exchanged an Omega Supreme at TRU last weekend for Sentinel...they didn't gimme a hassle.

Actually, exchange policies are unusually lenient...

Yeah, nowadays you can pretty much exchange anything for anything except for CDs and DVDs. I've done that with my E-Ironhide when the shoulder came apart for no good reason.

most of the time they are only whores about electronics, etc etc...

now i'm not saying that doing it for other stuff is right...but generally they are more lenient.
