WW Grimlock is definitely one of the best redesigns. . . ever.

 

 

He still embodies all the power and coolness of Grimlock, but. . . he's even more cool somehow.

Definately WWI Grim is cool, and if they were to incoperate him into Energon I think that could work, him leading a third team like Rodimus's.

They should repaint BW transmetal Megatron with G1 Grimlock colors, that would be friggin sweet. And of course I've read War Within, I read all the DW TF comics. Just check out the comic vault, I practically live there

I agree, a recolored Transmetal Megatron with a new head would be nice.

I agree with whoever said that Grimlock is too narly for a plastic-clad, parts-bin, yuppie-mobile like the H2. An old school HMMWV would be nice, Milspec, not civie..., But this would be better. :tfevil

you mean you haven't read that comic? Aw man, it's such a good story. It's in WWII, kinda like a "what if" story. Instead of Nazis, you got Cobra allied with the recently reactivated Decepticons. As a response, the US sends over a new team, G.I. Joe to gather intel (they don't know about the Decepticons yet). And Joe unwittingly reactivates the Autobots. All the TFs have WWII era vehicle modes, Grimlock's a tank

but that's what generally happens in crossovers, they focus on the characters not of that book/company. It was the same in Joe vs Transformers, the focus was more on the TFs than Joe and Cobra. Besides, I like DW's cuz Devil's Due left out the whole Snake Eyes/Storm Shadow rivalry. And the bots really don't need character development since most people (like me) reading this book are more familiar with TFs than they are with Joes. It's just too bad issue #6 still isn't out yet :redface
