I still say making him hurt is a good thing to do, after all he's the bully not you, or maybe it's just my mood from the misery I'm in from what my ex did. But I sitll say you should stand up, stand strong and make him sorry for crossing your path and stealing your TF's. And if he's scared of the police, walk into the room with two police officers behind you, listen to him gulp and demand the TF's back. Don't hide behind them though, stand in front, show strength. Standing up to the bully gets you respect and anyway, if the guy goes for you, the police will nab him, cuff him and hold a gun to his head since the US police methods are different from UK ones. That should bring him down to size a little and prove to him that you won't get any s**t from him anymore.

He attacked you, right? I would have an assalt charge put on him. But knowing this situation, and what kind of P.O.S. he is, he would probably come looking for you and try to kill you or something. The smurfer needs to be in jail.

 

I am dead serious when I said I would help you. Where are you living now? I swear, if we lived closer I would smurf him up myself. This really makes me mad Screamer. Especially since similar things have happened to me.

 

Has he threatened to kill you? Here in Alabama, if you have a felony or assalt charge(which may be a felony itself) you can no longer own a gun. I would be willing to bet that this P.O.S. probably illegally owns a gun now.

 

Man, you should go to the police. Tell them everything. The problem arises that he will know it's you. At the very least go the police and ask them if they can get your TF's back. Also ask them if they can protect you as well. You don't have to get them to go after him, but you can at least ask them some questions to know what your options are.

 

So how tall is this guy? Does he lift weights? What does he weigh?

Also no one wants to provoke someone who has a gun and is larger than them. It pays to be cautious, carrying a bat into a "conversation" will only escalate the situation and make things worse.

 

Respect SSrs decision and quit suggesting he resort to physical threats and intimidation techniques, which do not work on people who are larger than you to begin with.

No legal grounds, huh? Just get one of those mini tape recorders and confront his thug ass about the thing, making sure to bait him into threatening you and/or admitting he has the items. Then you;ve got proof.

Actually recording someone without their consent is inadmissible as evidence in court.

I did put in hear alot of stuff about kicking the guys ass. So if you want ot let it go then do . But u cant let people walk all over you this is why my generation has problems. But dont us violence cause it makes you as bad as he. I think you should confront him again with humility and knowledge your a better person that he. If he wants to get violent just turn the other cheak.
