We have learned from a realible source that the Dreamwave Transformers comic book writers James McDonough (aka Brad Mick) and Adam Patyk will no longer be representing Dreamwave. We don't know the specifics of their departure, but now see that yesterday's press release was probably a reponse to these events. We imagine you are shocked as we are. We at TFormers fully trust that this will not derail the great work that DW is known for.

That sucks. I enjoyed their work. Jsut don't put Chris Saccharini, or whatever his name is back on the title, his work sucked

Sad news indeed.

Oh well, that kind of sucks, but Dreamwave will not miss a beat I would suspect. Pat Lee is the one that made Dreamwave for the most part. His drawings almost single-handedly ressurrected the Transformers in the comic world. This kind of explains why Dreamwave has been so far behind with their comic releases as of late.

Hey, guess what? Looks like they listened!

And did the opposite of what you asked. ;)

Seriously, that Chris guy should have his fingers cut off so he doesn't blasphemy against the pen itself ever again.

What's that about the "confidential notice"?

That really sucks, Mick was doing great with G1, hopefully Furman doesn't take over

Hmm? No, it's a lot worse actually...

hahahahahahahahahahahahahaha

now all the complainers in this fandom, will get louder, and more annoying!!!

yay for us!!!!

:)

Excellent. With Chris Sarracini taking over G1, I can finally stop buying it. I've been thinking about it for a while now and looking for an excuse to stop buying. (The "Cool! G1!" buzz has worn off...)

The first Sarracini-penned mini-series was god-awful and his presence is reason enough to jump ship.

I assume the departure of McDonough and Patyk is related to the payment troubles at Dreamwave?
