I scaled it useing dimensions from a g2 prime of my cousin ethanhuntimf's so that the trailer wouln't look out of proportion to the cab if set next to an original OP so what do you guys think?

That's a pretty nice trailer.

I'm attempting to make a trailer myself and I am also using a G2 Prime trailer to get the dimensions. I'm still making drawings though and plan to take my time, as I have never done any sort of kit-bash or custom project before.

Good job! Ahhh ... Erector Set.

this was my first kitbash of any kind so i know what you are going through you might want to try making a cardboard mock-up to make sure your dimensions are right

Looks good and most things don`t look as good in pictures as they do in real life but that looks awsome. One question where did you get the lil pod for on the top? And how did you make the roller?

  • Author

i got the pod from an old peice togeter dollar store toy and i mainly used sculpey to make roller iforgot to mention that with roller and the pod it can still fit one alternater inside of it

What dollar store toy? And it`s really cool that it fit`s an Alt. in side.

one question...why are you taking the scale from G2 prime? Jusat use the csale 1:24 from 110 inches (real trailer measurements) wouldn't that be easier?

Other than that, nice trailer. I just think it looks a little too long. But it is a fantastic job none the less.

He used the G2 prime because that's what we had at our disposal, and it would keep the same size ratio when looking at it.

how did you make the attachment for the energon star (WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE ANYWAY) on the top tower piece?
