(No I didn't look it up) but the problem usually stims from this

 

The only solution to that is reading this switching to the recommended which can be purchased from here you probably already have this so why not try something better after all it has been updated 4 times as often as this antiquated product

 

and actually this solution is worse than the original (see link 2 above) like alot of ppl will claim it is the opposite but I am sure that I will get alot of hate mail for this but...oh well

 

forgive the rant but if I was wearing a target shirt during the bell tower shooting i am sure I would have been shot as well...
