Worlds smallest TFs thoughts

Oh man, what if they made the World's Smallest Alternators/Binaltech? (Wishful thinking, you'd go nuts trying to transform one :D)

I'm one who's unwilling to spill cash on G1 toys, be it reissues or vintages because I find them overpriced. However, the memories of G1 are always great so WSTs are just the right choice. Small and well molded G1 transformers in one tiny section of the shelf and Energon and Armada fill in all the others. Excellent... :tflaugh

Oh and by the way, Soundwave rocks. Awesome face scalp, detailed features, backpack space for storing casette and batteries. Quality guranteed. :thumb

Are they really that Fragile?

I had thought of ordering a few, but I HAVE to TRANSFORM (And play with)

ALL the Robots in my Collection....

they have wheels

Not all have wheels, Prime does, but Prowl and such they are fake.

As for durability, I think they are for their size no less weak then minicons are. I think them brilliant toys.

And yes I also love them due to being way way cheaper then G1 reissues.

The plastic don't break or snap, and I suppose they transform the way their G1 real counterparts do. But since they are so tiny, there are chances that you take their hands or legs apart but you can always put them in place again. What is nice is that they try to keep the details even though they are so small.

Just for the measure, Soundwave measures 5cm in height in robot mode and approx 3cm x 2cm in casette deck mode. :luv

WST's are pretty cool, yeah, but how come Prime seems to be the only one (seeker jets excluded) that is issued a weapon? Sure, the seekers have those missiles that go under the wings and later attach to their arms for defense, but to me those are really more part of the plane than the robot. Also, the WST's appear to be designed to fall apart rather than break altogether so that you can simply put them back together again. Smart thinking on somebody's part. I have four of them and think they're totally cool. My fiancee just shakes her head at me and says "more money that could've gone toward the honeymoon..."

Oh, and one more thing: a WST Ultra Magnus would be awesome! Like a little tiny brick! I'd buy it 'cause I'm a sucker for UM.

There is an Ultra Magnus only it's just the cab.

Yeah, I have it, it's basically a $30 Prime repaint... :( I'm hoping the trailer will pop up as a chase figure in the next wave, so I can have a 3 inch tall Magnus that costs over twice what I paid for my full size one... I'm a sucker like that.

As for the fragile issue, think of them as high quality bubblegum machine toys. Essentially, that's what they are. IMO, if you want to play with them too, they're cheap enough to get doubles and triples. I bought a sealed case off of Ebay for Wave 2, so I ended up with about 4 full sets of the basic figures, and about 7 or 8 extra Primes and Thrusts, which I plan to use as X-mas gifts. Worth the $100 to me... but probably not to some. Oh well.
