A couple of weeks ago a friend of mine said "Come here, you have got to see this." I followed him and he took me to one of the new employee's offices. I saw on the desk, none other than 20th Anniversary Optimus Prime himself. He immediately went to my office and saw the Don Figuera Optimus Prime poster I have on my wall. An instant bond occured. You know, even after just meeting a fellow transfan it feels like you've known each other for years.

 

We've been talking Transformers earlier, and I just wanted to share this with everyone here. It's great to know that we're not alone.

 

So, have any of you guys and gals bumped into any fellow Transfans and become good friends? (Other than on TFans.)

I've encounted that at TRU, and I might be well on my way to turning a couple friends into TF fans. One's a girl of the female persuasion of the opposite sex. I'll let you know how that turns out.

First, let me explain something: almost everyone of my friends is damaged in some way, so as a result I'm very protective of them. Posts like that are something I don't tolerate. Other than that, everything will be cool.

Yeah a friend of a friend came up to me one day at a bar and asked me where could he get metal versions of the Alts. I guess my friend had filled him in that I collected transformers. So I gave him a couple of web sites to check and now whenever I see the guy we end up talking transformers.

 

He emailed me the other day letting me know that now he has the Red Diecast Mazda RX-8 to match the rotory powered one in the garage.

 

I hate him for one reason, and its not a good reason, but he has a toy version of his car that transforms into a bad ass robot. Damnit.
