Question about BotCon

With BotCon a day away, now I have a little problem;

 

I ordered one of the iacon packages and was told to pick it up on Thursday between 6-7, 7-8, 8-9, or 9-10 AM by a representative I called to fix a little problem with a credit card. (It's fine now) When I registered, I read that would receive this time 1-2 business days, and it's been 2 weeks. Is there any way to find this information out or am I worrying about nothing?
