So.... What, is Hasbro being lazy or something?

 

If I am reading the product listing correctly, they are listing 4 "gestalt" pieces (2 for Superion, 2 for Bruticus) as being available in January.

 

Does this mean that we can't possibly complete the gestalts until next year?

 

Who the heck thought this up? In honesty, they should've been packed so that all 4 limbs + the core were in one case... I know the molds are reused, buts till..

 

I was looking forward to having these guys completed for Christmas... =(

its true, but if you want a complete superion/ bruticus go to small blue planet and preorder them for about $20 bucks($1. more for superion) i did yesterday!!

to bad it wont end up to be 20 bucks. if you look at superion about 2 spaces over he is 60 bucks. odds are brut wont be when he becomes available

Eh. I have no problem paying $38 for him (total)... After all, I'm that kinda guy, and I plan on owning at least 4 of each type of limb, so I can go wild body-wise and make all black versions and such.

 

I just am pissed that I can't just go for "Superion" on my christmas list and expect to get him.

The torso is a deluxe, it can't be packed with the basics....

 

Besides that, Hasbro didn't screw up on this.

Having a repaint ship in the same case as the original version is bad marketing. On the shelf, you'd end up with nothing but the same mold repeatedly, instead of a good variety of Omnicons, Combiner limbs, and Terrorcons...

Just got in Sledge today in the mail. He is awsome, and I have ordered another Sledge, and Steamhammer online. So now I am just going to wait until the green crane is shipping and I will have a full green Buildtron...er Devestator.

 

Since the molds are being used twice anyway, I figure I might as well have the color scheme that I want.
