MONSTERBOTS!! come on. So good character wise and soooo forgotten. Thanx IDW for bringing them bak into the limelight if only for a moment. They're like the Han Solo and Chewbaca C3PO. If you can stretch your imagination with the C3PO part but i'm sure you can get my drift

and it's not cause of the name i chose for myself for my profile name it's because these guys are,IMO, some of the most interesting characters to ever come out of the autobot ranks. They never got a lot of cartoon time or comic time but man with the way transformer toys are now and you came out with some newschool monsterbot designs classics style they would be AWESOME. Same with some insecticons.

I think some busy body safety Nazis got a mad-on at the spark gimmick and now most toy companies won't do them any more. So no Sparkabots, Firecons or Monsterbots with working sparks!

yeah I remember that. It had something to do with a sparking roller skate barbie burning down a garage when some idiot rolled it near gasoline.

 

Spark toys when on the decline soon after. I hate that one dunbass always ruins it for everyone else. How about all them kids who didn't burn the house down or blow their fingers off with fire crackers, why can't they still play!?!

 

If they do bring back the monsterbots and what not (I'm a fan of outside the box alts) light piping and a led light can make for a nice substitution. Look at the G2 Laser figures.
