Looks like some guys are showing off here

 

So here is a pic of my Diaclone Blitzwing.

 

Its got gold chrome on it. Firing rocket launchers, a pointy sword, and a kick ass color scheme.

 

But be careful guys There is a fake one out there being sold as the real deal.

Like the other day I saw a guy selling the fake ones empty box for $20!

 

Be sure to look for Takara on the box or on its wing. If you want a real one.

I hope that when Blitzwing is rereleased, takara release it like THIS as well!

 

Mind you, a fake one SOLD as a fake one would keep me happy!

Thanks man! You are so right, the KOs look almost exactly the same. There is a way to tell them apart. The real one will have Takara markings, missiles mount holes and buttons to fire them, and the weapons are usually a darker grey color.

 

Bliztwing it one of the easier to find Diaclone toys and well worth it since its a really solid toy with 3 good modes to it.

I had one of these as well. Man, come to think of it, I had a lot of Diaclone TFs. I no longer have any TFs pre Beast Wars because all my G1 were given away to charity when I was young :tdown

 

I had this Blitzwing, the Diaclone Ultra Magnus, Reflector, Omnibots, and all the Diaclone Dinobots to name a few. I can only imagine how much they would be worth to me these days

Diaclone Blitzwing has the best color scheme for a Transformer that I have seen. :tfgrin

I love the diaclone version of transformers :D they're just superior in every way :) well.. cept they have no character, or any real name, but oh well :)

I would have liked to have seen that Triple Changer in Transformers. He would have made a good third Triple Changer (seeing as Octane wasn't out until much later, right?)

Not much later, Astrotrain and Blitzwing came out in 1985, the Autobot triple changers and Octane were released in 1986.

 

IMO, that figure looks more like a Gobot than a TF. I'm glad it never made it out of Diaclone.
