Gotta go with the OP. He's a little "harder" than the G1 equiv, what with no-trial executions and face-borrowing, but he's still the 'bot I grew up with.

Ravage was awesome. Should have seen a lot more of him, and a lot less of the Autobot twins. Sure they were funny, but did they need to be the main 'Bot's for a full 3rd of the movie?

Roger

Definitely Devastator. The movies have been lacking a true sense of "POWER", and he definitely brought it - even if he went down way too easily and too quickly due to time constraints. I would love to see more of him, and more power from him in movie 3.

Jetfire FTW! I still have one in the box from when I was a kid! (I had 2 and have no idea where the first one went).

I thought the teleportation scene was hilarious! But I was disappointed that he died...such a classic character.

I'm going to go with the controversial twins, Skids and Mudflap. Although many frown upon them, i find them there to be comic relief.

Like many others, I have to go with Optimus Prime.

There's been a lot said about his violent, even "murderous" nature in this film.

To me, he's "waging battle to destroy the evil forces of the Decepticons."

Unlike his G1 counterpart, he is free to kill in battle.

Watching him in action, taking on three bigger opponents by himself, sacrificing himself to save Sam and then saving humanity...it was awe-inspiring. He is the Optimus Prime of my youth, and I went to see the movie for him.

My favorite character was Sideswipe. He had virtually no scenes though!

Close second- Mikaela (straddling the motorcycle!)

My favorite was easily Optimus Prime.

Because he has TWO SWORDS!

:tflaugh

Optimus has been my all-time favorite, and I totally liked the scene where he shoots a projectile, almost like a scene from Wanted (with Angelina Jolie)

I liked the concept of Power-Up Prime but the way it came about was totally lame in the movie

Ithink my favorite bot from "Revenge" was megatron because he had such a bigger role!!! :tfpwn
