A couple of questions about the voice credits

Okay, I just came back from the movie (Which, BTW was better then I thought it would be). And I have a couple of voice cast questions for you:

 

1) Who played Demolishor? The credits were pretty fast.

2) Can anyone tell me the complete voice cast as Wiki has some of the characters wrong (Mudflap is credited with Skids with the same voice).

and 3) Who the Hell is Skipjack anyway?
