Music Label Soundwave chest "pockets" by John 14:6

Without cutting him open, I wanted to give ML Soundwave the ability to hold cassettes "in" his chest. I made some clear pockets that slip over his opening chest compartment and can hold cassettes.I only have two cassettes: Titanium Lazerbeak and Universe Ravage. I made different pockets for each of them. Ravage is too big but Lazerbeak fits pretty well.I used extra lamanent (sp?) from my MP Ultra Magnus armor project that I'm still working on. I just cut it up and made it into a couple boxes. Then I used clear tape to make the part that fits over and into Soundwave's chest. I have several Reprolabel Decepticon stickers so I put one on each. I'm probably going to order their upgrade set that comes with cassette stickers, but instead of peeling them off I'll cut them out so I can insert and remove them at will. This was a very easy project that adds a bit of fun to the toy.

You seem to have a lot of fun with this stuff..But when are you going to upgrade some? Scotch tape can only get you so far. I'm not good at modding anything, but you seem to know how to design stuff to fit/scale, and if you upgrade your material, you could have some interesting things there.

Plasticard (It's called styrene too) is a great material that's durable and easy to work with. Try using some of that. You can get it in most hobbyist stores
