I pre-ordered my Skywarp PVC back in April, knowing the "scheduled" release date was mid-summer. I was hoping I would get him before the end of summer. I know the PVC exists, since Remy has a gallery of the PVC...

Remy having it is a good sign. Those things don't appear untill they are in production in some factory in China. It is not a far out conclusion that they are being made for release soon. Let's hope so.

I had a feeling that Hasbro wouldnt shrug off the fans. Also since the toy is already made, it just needs packaging, they are not going to junk the lot of them.

 

So thank you Hasbro, I eagerly await my Sentinal Maximus Figure.

Didnt 3H go on and on in 2003 about OTFCC being pretty much owned by Hasbro going forward?  I find it pretty sad to see someone with the resources Hasbro has trying to crush an ant like 3H.

Huh, Sounded more like 3H's reach far exceeded their grasp. 3h made a ton of promises, and rarly delivered. Facinateing to me that the party in that partnership who's trying to make things right is the bad guy. :tfhuh

Like I said, for all we know, that could be a repainted Starscream. To poster who said "it's factory made. I'm a kitbasher. I can tell," please forgive me for suggesting that such a statement is not proof that it ISN'T a repaint, but only your (probably well-informed) opinion.

 

That said, I AM inclined to guess that it IS factory-made, if only BECAUSE Remy's been so tight-lipped about it. If he just repainted it himself, or got it from a repainter, I think he'd have said so. Not only that, but he wouldn't likely have teased us with the "look what I have" line a few weeks back.

 

However, none of this amounts to proof. So far, this is the ONLY evidence we have that Mega-PVC Skywarp was ever even ORDERED, let alone actually made.

Probably nothing at all. I've been wondering when someone would notice.

 

All the suit will do is try to squeeze water from a rock. If 3H has no money, where will all our refunds come from?

Sueing them is just to have it on paper so they'll have no choice but to put out.

Somethings sounds funny... Let's see:

 

1) 3H had to work with Hasbro to get access to the Overload molds... I'm sure 3H didn't directly deal with the Chinese factory

 

2) Toys made in China are usually boxed and ready for sale once they are delivered, it just makes sense to pay some Chinese guy 40 cents an hour to twist tie and box over 1000 toys. Ok, if you believe the packaging not printed story, then how were the Sentinels shipped to the USA? Maybe the toys are still sitting in China without packaging, but I really doubt the toys are in the USA sitting in some generic packaging waiting for pretty display boxes to be printed.
