You coulds also say that the best thing Optimus ever did, was croke. It broke the stalemate, and soon the autobots had Cyberton as theirs. Something he never was able to do.

 

Also, Comparing Hot Rod to Rodimus Prime, is the same as Orion Pax, to Optimus Prime.

And as Orion Pax, he thought Megatron was "neato" because he could fly.

you see, if it weren't Optimus' total lack of balls sometimes, we could have been rid of Megatron early in season 2 and we would have had some cool power struggles in the Decepticon ranks.

 

I bet you that's what happened in Beast Machines....Prime was to much of a wuss to kill Transmetal 2 Megatron....

It is odd indeed that Optimus never finished Megatron. I watched all of the episodes recently and it struck me as odd that few episodes have all the characters.

 

Mostly only a handfull of Autobots would go to battle. The same thing with Rebirth. The Decepticons attacked with only a handfull of bots. Where were the Stunticons, Constructions (ok those were seen briefly), the Combaticons, the Predacons, the Terrorcons, Soundwave and the cassetes, the Sweeps, the Coneheads and most importantly Trypticon?

 

It is a kids show and made to sell a toyline. So I take it loosely. :tflaugh

I agree with you LM...

And you know they shoulda killed off like a bunch more characters in 3rd Season...I mena we got all the real-war of the movie...3rd Season should have been just like it.

 

Imagine - the Death of multiple characters...could have even given Kup a good death scene...with him being so old and so experienced...charging in all the way, dying like a good ol' veteran. I'm not going to even mention the characters I want to die...cause they could start a ruckus...aw...what the hell?!

 

Deathmarch's 3rd Season Dream Deaths:

Ultra Magnus - Has to go out all badass though, redeeming himself

Kup - Go out like an Ol' Vet, guns a'blazin'

Blurr - He shoulda died, somehow at some point.

Protectobots/Defensor vs. Combaticons/Bruticus - Final Showdown between them, killing almost all of them.

Soundwave vs. Blaster - To the Death, No rebuilds!! (I know this happened in Headmasters, I don't care... I wanted them to have a TF:TM-esque battle to the Death in the 3rd Season)

Galvatron - He NEEDED to die...sorry just, I loved him in the Movie...then he went nuts and slapped Cyclonus around...what a bastard.

Wheelie - Just for Pity's Sake

Sky Lynx - Annoying, Deformed TF...shouldn't have lived.

Powerglide, Seaspray, and Cosmos - To get rid of the Mini-Bot clutter.

Technobots - They were interesting...but shoulda died near the end of this Season.

 

There are others, but I can't think straight at this point....heheh...
