Transformers ROF Legends OOPS at Walmart

Recommended Posts

I don't know if this counts as a sighting or not. 10 minutes ago I had 7 different legends figures in Revenge Of The Fallen packaging and attempted to check them out at the Walmart store here in Belton. I had Megatron, Optimus Prime, Ratchet, Sideways, Jetfire, Starscream, and Springer. I put them on the belt to be scanned and the associate grabbed every single one and gave them to customer service. She told me they had a recall. I proceeded to check out and headed to customer service where I was once again told they had a recall and could not be sold to me. I new in the back of my mind they were not to sell them but why would they flat out lie to my face? I saw them and had them in my box I just couldn't get out the door.

They weren't exactly lying. Apparently whenever they put something out before street date, the computer gives a notice that the product has been "recalled", so they won't sell it until the street date comes along.

Okay, but she was very emotional about it when she said this. And I was told this by the head of the customer service department. All I am saying is tell me the truth!!
