Not sure where this should go, so if it needs to be elsewhere, mods feel free to move.

Y'gotta admire a guy for not giving up.

Stan Bush has done another version of "The Touch" in attempt to get it into Revenge of the Fallen. He's subtitled it "Sam's theme."

... :shrug

is it a bit too linkin park sounding maybe. Do I like it? yes

It's......ok, I guess

I personally like the older version better but that's mainly because it's more familiar and has a nice nostalgic feel to it, plus this one has rapping in it, I'm not a fan of rap music :wtf

:tfevil ME GRIMLOCK NOT DOWN WIT DAT DAWG :tfevil

Think he needs to give us one more edit without the rap sections...that might make a world of difference! I don't get trashing this & really liking the Linkin Park song...honestly, they're both pretty generic pop-rock sounding. :shrug

:wtf

Stan's lost The Touch.

Sounds like Stan's become one of the eunuch singers.

Tell this guy to put the mic down and disappear....forever. He hit his pinnacle back with the animated film. Now he just looks like a guy trying to hold. Please Stan. STOP.

I would actually enjoy this song if it werent for the rapping portions. The new arrangement is more modern and the chorus is very catchy. But damn if the rapping bits aren't forced into it. The song was clearly not written to have rap in it, they just repeated a few chords and added the rap later.

Its very sad but if a demo-version surfaces thats less polished, rougher, and no rap ever surfaces, I'll be all over it

why does everyone think they have to go down the linkin park road with any transformers song?... think if he would have kept the style of the original, but added new effects and maybe a different verse part, it would be awesome, but this is absolutely nothing like the original. not even worth calling a cover song...
