The car seems good in the picture. But why is it Windcharger ? Besides the color in red, what else does it resemble to the G1 one ?

 

Even grimlock is now a car in the binal tech new story, it does have the old Grimlock head. Maybe the story can go like that .... the CONS stole SUN's body for deadend, and stole trailbreaker's body for Swindle. The CONS started to produce their own Binaltech robot. The BOTS, in order to save the earth, have to stop their enemy from growing, so steal some robot from the CONS. These make Windcharger, and why his head does not like the rginally one.

 

Anyway, I feel good that it is not Megatron. But I hope

It was never going to be Megatron (first time around anyway )

 

Yeah, his face is more like Overdrives, but Im not unhappy. Windcharger didn't really have a head, just a face stuck on the underside.

 

Overdrive or Windcharger, either works for me. Kind of nice to see a lesser character used, gives hope for longevity.

Yes, Now windcharger is alive to me again. At least in this universe. Just in case some one wants it, the original Windcharger!

I can kinda see the resemblence to the toy, what with the shades and such. Blue shades though, gotta keep it real.

Right. The G1 Windcharger's head stunk. If he's getting a new body, why not upgrade his head? Makes sense to me.

Yeah it kinda resembles the old Windcharger toy if you look closely. The head, when you break it down also resembles old Windcharger. The visor from the toy and the face with chin-plate from the old comic. Just the outer-shell of the "helmet" has been changed a lot.

 

I like it and it will be a great addition to the Binaltech/Alternators line.

BUT where the hell did he get taht huge gun from, I mean that thing is a cannon...hehe...looks like ol' Windcharger is gonna be a take-no-prisoners kinda dude this time around.
