Transformers:Animated - Transwarp, delivers. Opening with an all too short new character smorgasbord, and jumping right into the resolutions season 2’s finale demanded. Then expect an hour of character development and element establishment for the new season with some good battles sprinkled in. Overall Transwarp is a good episode, delivers info we’ve been waiting for, is action packed, ups the stakes and develops characters. It’s pretty somber for an Animated episode, Mostly Ratchet and Sari.

isn't there already a thread?

I haven't watched the episode, but judging by what was said in the review, my vote is that Sari is Megatron's daughter/offspring.

Didn't seem like it, unless Sumdac is lying. The presence of the Protoform is not explained in the episode, but it doesn't seem linked directly to Megatron.

Indeed, unless they wrote it in cleverly, it doesn't seem likely that she's related to Megatron at all. How the stasis pod got into Sumdac Tower in the first place will probably be revealed later this season.

What if the protoform is Arcee after she lost it. Like they erased everything and took everything away from her until she was a protoform and it somehow got into Sumdacs lab? It is only a theory.

Should've set your alarm like I did. :P

That was a FANTASTIC episode! So looks like they worked Oilslick into the story after all. I was hoping Cyclonus would have a more prominent role, but looks like Strika is the leader of this rag-tag group of Cons, which consisted of Cyclonus, Oilslick, Strika, Blackout...but who was that 5th blue con? Don't remember hearing about him? And then Sari...I saw some of that coming, but there were some surprises in there as well! Man, there was so much in this episode, I can't even begin to describe its greatness! The one negative was freakin' Masterson (Headmaster)...but, they did at least capture him, so maybe we can finally write him off to a jail cell. Other than that, I give this mega-thumbs up! :thumb :thumb :thumb :thumb :thumb

Edit: wait, just realized...was that blue con the robot form for that frog-like creature with the tentacles coming outta his mouth? Had to be...
