i generally keep any box. but if it's a carded figure i'm taking off the card and pretty sure i won't sell i toss it.

I keep the cards and the other boxes, but the packaging materials I throw away. The boxes are subsequently folded up and stored in a big box (which I got when I bought my tv).

 

Only the 2 Binaltech boxes and MP Convoy's box are still complete.

Only 20th OP box I still have as it's good to display him in.

When I use to keep the boxes I would keep them in the closet.

 

Thankfully I broke this need to keep them all. Now I just clip the bio/specs and toss the rest of the box.

 

Now I have space again!

I don't have infinite room, so I toss the boxes. If I didn't I would probably have to toss out toys instead.

I it makes any difference, I still got all my RID's in the box.....

I keep the packaging but I usually flatten it and store it with the other cards and boxes. Certain figures I still store in boxes when not on display like G1 reissues, BT, Alt, and 20th prime.

I had been "accumulating" boxes for all the TF's I bought, but when we moved recently I tossed most of them. The only ones I keep now are the boxes for my japanese TF's and the G1 reissues. You can actually use those again. I repacked as many TF's as I could when we moved.

Most of the new Energon Figures I just toss the box, but for some of the ones that I have been looking for or, are rare, I will keep the box around incase I ever have to sell them. Though I hope it never comes to that.

 

Currently I have four boxs full of boxs stored in my closet.

Gotta love the boxes that contain...more boxes.
