BT Tracks translations and review on BWTF.com

Recommended Posts

BWTF.com finally has booklet translations and pics for BT Tracks. I thought he was a cool figure to begin with but you have to read his abilities. He sounds like the must powerful BT Autobot so far.

Cool, I didn't realize that he used his rocket launchers to fly (and that he could fly in car mode).

Odd mistake in the booklet: DuPont isn't the parent company of GM

Well, they're the largest shareholder.

Besides:

with the latest functional pigments developed by Dupont, making him capable of changing his body color, camouflaging himself, or even displaying moving images of his surroundings on them, making him effectively invisible.

Explanation for the blue version? :wave

I thought the flight and camaflauge were the best two abilities besides his standard Black Beam gun.

I bet Dead End wishes he'd stolen tracks body instead :wave

Awesome! :thumb

Well, they're the largest shareholder.

Dupont was forced by US government regulators to divest their stake in GM in 1957 (at which time they were indeed the largest shareholder - holding between 25-35% if I remember correctly). However, the Dupont chemical company was never really a "parent" company, as in GM being a subsidary or a spin-off company. Pierre DuPont (as an individual) was an early major shareholder in GM and used profits of the chemical company (diversifying in industries other than chemical) to protect his personal investment by support GM during its cashstrapped early days (especially during WW1, when due to the war, not many people were buying cars). GM and Dupont still share a good relationship today, with Dupont suppling paints and some other items.

Dupont paint is used for over 90% of GM cars...Dupont also makes Kevlar...
