how about a sat/sun event or would that be pushing it? *or how many of u guys would already be tired of going back n forth to japantown..??*

I think I could do a December 12th event...

I vote for 12/12 so it'll give us more time. Once the ad is made, will gladly help to promote it to everyone I meet. :thumb

Any news WJack? Kindly update. Thanks! :thumb

Bad news... Super7 is now saying they are worried the store will be too crowded with Xmas shoppert to hold the event on the 12th. Unless we can do it some place else, its looking like January is the next soonest time.

What do you all think? Is it worth while trying to do it someplace else or should we just wait?

I say hold off till January.

December is a horrible month for money.

If S7 says no go then January is fine with me; we just need time to promote.

January works for me as well. :thumb

Any news on this front?

Also bear in mind there are no anime cons or festivals in San Francisco, the nearest one held annually is Fanime, which is not even held in San Francisco.

FortMax,

FYI. There's Wonder Con at the Moscone Center this coming Feburary on President's Day weekend. Usually it comes around in April around the time of easter break but for some reason it was rescheduled earlier. You can check out the info here through Comic Con's website.
